About us

Badri High School is a Dawoodi Bohra community school which is a manifestation of the vision of the 51st Dai al Mutlaq Syedna Taher Saifuddin. Inaugurated by the 52nd Dai al Mutlaq Syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin in the year 1965 when His Holiness was Mazoon u Dawat, the school is now over half a century old and has imparted quality spiritual and secular education to students of the community playing its role in ensuring 100 percent literacy in the community.

Badri High School is guided by the vision of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS who wishes for the youth to play its role in the progress of their community, their country and the world at large.

The ethos behind every venture at BHS is to provide a holistic exposure to our students so they may be able to discover their talents, hone their skills and become contributing members of the society they inhabit.

Our Culture

The culture at BHS revolves around Al Quran being the fountainhead of all knowledge–spiritual and worldly. Guided by this inextinguishable light, the khidmat guzaars, staff and management play their role in not just imparting education but in the holistic upbringing of the pupils so they may lead their lives in accordance with the principles of Islam and Emaan.

At Badri High School we endeavour to nurture children to become contributing and productive members of the community and country as per the lofty intentions of His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS. Our staff and management is driven enthusiastically with the single-minded purpose to expose the children to the best educational resources and experiences which creates in them the passion to become lifelong learners and compassionate humans. With a balanced curriculum incorporating Hifz ul Quran, Deeniyat, AKUEB oriented project-based learning, physical fitness and STEAM education, our students have become exemplary professionals and khidmat guzaars.
